A FLEA FOR GOD!!

“…Resist the devil and he will flee from you,”
James 4,7b
A preacher we knew used to say: “I want to be a flea in the hand of God, for the smallest flea can drive the strongest man out of bed!!”
Whatever we might think of his ambition to be a flea, it is true that God can take something small and accomplish great things. He can take people who think they are weak, small and insignificant, cause them to change their thinking, reach out in faith and do mighty deeds.
So remember this, the smallest saint with the power of the Holy Spirit, the name of Jesus and the Word of God, can get the devil (the strong man) on the run – try it out today!
Prayer: Heavenly Father, Thankyou that satan must flee when I resist him, for your Word tells me so. Every irritating, wounding place in my life he has brought there, is set free and healed – I am delivered in the name of your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, and Peace comes to my heart and mind – right now! Amen!
