God’s beautiful Winter landscape!
God is in Control!!

It was the morning of my hip surgery and I was wheeled down for the preparations, and the spinal anaesthetic. As they were scrubbing up, I saw the assistant anaesthetist had a lot of tattoos on his arms. Suddenly one stood out; along his forearm were the words – GOD IS IN CONTROL! I pointed to it and said, “I believe that!” He replied, “So do I!”
As he was wheeling me into Theatre, he told me he had been a Christian for only 18 months. The other tattoos bore witness to a very different lifestyle! He was a shining testimony in a place where people are in need, fear and pain. It seemed like a message from God just for me on that day when I was about to undergo the surgery.
What about you today, my friend? Is everything going marvellously for you or is it difficult for you to see at the moment, that GOD IS IN CONTROL? He, who holds the whole world and universe in his loving hands, constantly seeks to reassure us that your life and mine is in his care and keeping, and he has control over every situation which may confront us!
